Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Developer

This Policy applies to the AI Super Assistant mobile application (also known by its Chinese name, romanized as AI Shiqing Zhushou) and its related services. The developer and personal information processor is Shenzhen Longmao Wulian Technology Co., Ltd. (the legal entity behind LM). We process information only to the extent necessary to provide features, maintain security and fulfill legal obligations.

2. Information We Process

• Account and contact information: Email address, verification codes and login credentials submitted when registering or signing in, and identifiers needed for guest identities and login sessions.
• Materials you submit: Text instructions, images, PDF/TXT/DOCX files, filenames and extracted text, recordings and transcripts, and materials added in follow-up interactions.
• Task records and results: Task content, AI processing status, historical results, follow-up interactions and feedback you submit, to display results and continue processing.
• Technical and permission information: Necessary user/session identifiers, basic device and network information, IP addresses and operational logs. Relevant system permissions are requested for the camera, photos, files or recording feature you use.

3. Purposes of Use

• Create guest sessions and complete account registration, login and cross-device synchronization;
• Receive and analyze materials you actively submit, and generate summaries, explanations, replies or next-step suggestions;
• Save, display, continue processing or delete task records;
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults, and protect the service and account security;
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.

4. Third-Party AI Processing and Explicit Permission

After you read the third-party AI data-sharing disclosure and explicitly agree, our server sends the content needed to complete your task to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope / Tongyi Qianwen) to analyze materials, transcribe speech, generate structured results and suggest next steps. Depending on the feature, this may include text instructions, images, extracted document text and filenames, recordings, transcripts and relevant historical result context. Follow-up questions, retries or regeneration may resend original materials and related context.

In versions that provide these consent-management features, permission applies to the current application session and identity. You may refuse permission and continue viewing existing results, or withdraw permission under Profile → Privacy & data to stop new AI submissions. If your version does not provide this control, contact lz@lmyiot.com for help with consent-related requests.

System permission for the camera, photos or microphone does not replace explicit permission for third-party AI sharing. Withdrawal does not recall content already sent and is not the same as deleting existing records or signing out. Submit only content you have the right to share and remove unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

5. Information Retention and Security

We retain information to the extent necessary to provide services, maintain security and fulfill legal obligations. Task records, uploaded attachments, temporary recordings, security logs and operational logs may be subject to different retention and cleanup arrangements. Contact lz@lmyiot.com for enquiries about retention of specific data, cleanup progress or deletion requests.

Removing online business records and cleaning up uploaded files are separate steps. Uploaded files are cleaned up asynchronously in the background; deletion confirmation does not mean all files physically disappear at that instant. Account or guest-data deletion does not automatically erase backups or copies already received by third-party services. Retention and deletion of those data also involve the relevant backup-management processes, third-party processing arrangements and applicable legal requirements. Contact us for information about their handling or to request deletion.

We use safeguards including HTTPS encrypted transmission, access controls and secure storage of identity tokens. Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident may affect your rights, we will handle it and notify you as required by law.

6. Your Choices, Account and Data Deletion

Signing out only ends a login session; it does not delete your account or server records. Withdrawing AI sharing permission stops new AI submissions but does not recall content already sent. Withdrawing permission, deleting records and deleting an account are distinct actions.

In versions that provide these deletion features, registered users can request deletion under Profile → Delete account, and guests can delete their current guest identity and associated data under Profile → Delete guest data. Deletion requires confirmation. If a task is still being processed, wait until it finishes or cancel it before trying again.

After the server confirms deletion, it removes the current identity and its associated online business records and schedules cleanup of uploaded files. File cleanup runs asynchronously in the background; the limits concerning backups and third-party copies are described in Section 5. If your version does not provide the control, an operation fails, or you need to check cleanup progress, contact lz@lmyiot.com.

To request access, correction, copying or deletion of personal information, or account deletion, contact lz@lmyiot.com with “AI Super Assistant Privacy Request” as the subject. State whether you use a registered or guest identity and the scope of your request; do not send passwords or verification codes. We will verify your identity and handle your request as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

This application is not specifically designed for children. Children under 14 should use the service only after a guardian has read and agreed to this Policy. If we discover that children's personal information has been processed without a guardian's consent, we will promptly delete it or take other necessary measures in accordance with the law.

8. Notice About AI Results

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for reference only. For important matters involving medical, legal, financial or personal safety issues, consult a professional organization or verify official information.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy in response to changes in features, laws, regulations or services. When there is a material change, we will notify you through an in-app notice or other appropriate means, and update the effective date on this page.
