This Policy applies to the AI Affairs Assistant mobile application and its related services. The developer and personal information processor is Shenzhen LM Technology Co., Ltd., the legal entity behind LM. We process information only to the extent necessary to provide features, maintain security and fulfill legal obligations.

2. Information We Process

• Account and contact information: When you choose to register or log in, we process your email address, verification code and login credentials. Passwords are used for identity verification and transmitted through an encrypted connection.
• Content you actively submit: This includes text descriptions, images or photos, files such as PDF/TXT, voice recordings, and additional content you provide as you continue working on an affair.
• Affair records and AI results: This includes processing status, history, AI-generated results and follow-up interactions you actively initiate, so that we can display results and continue processing.
• Identifiers and technical information: To maintain visitor or login sessions and protect interface security, we may process user/session identifiers, basic device and network information, IP addresses and necessary operational logs.
• Permission information: The application requests camera, photo, file or microphone permissions only when you actively use the camera, photo, file or voice features.

3. Purposes of Use

• Create visitor sessions and complete account registration, login and cross-device synchronization;
• Receive and analyze materials you actively submit, and generate summaries, explanations, replies or next-step suggestions;
• Save, display, continue processing or delete affair records;
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults, and protect the service and account security;
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, use it for cross-application tracking, or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Third-Party Processing and Sharing

To provide cloud storage, network infrastructure and AI analysis capabilities, we may engage necessary cloud or AI service providers to process content you actively submit. Those providers may process information only on our instructions and only as necessary to complete the current service, and are subject to confidentiality and security obligations. Except with your authorization, where necessary to complete the service, or where otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will not share personal information with other third parties.

5. Retention Period and Security Measures

We retain information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy. Affair records are generally retained until you actively delete them or request deletion; temporary voice recordings are cleared when they are no longer needed; and necessary security and operational logs are retained for a reasonable period. We protect information through measures including HTTPS encrypted transmission, access controls, secure system storage and least-privilege access. Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident may affect your rights and interests, we will handle it and notify you in accordance with the law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may use basic features as a visitor without logging in, and you may refuse system permissions that are not necessary for the current feature. You may delete individual affair records in the application or log out. To request access to, correction, copying, account cancellation or deletion of related personal information, please email lz@lmyiot.com with “AI Affairs Assistant Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the request within the period prescribed by law.

7. Children's Privacy

This application is not specifically designed for children. Children under 14 should use the service only after a guardian has read and agreed to this Policy. If we discover that children's personal information has been processed without a guardian's consent, we will promptly delete it or take other necessary measures in accordance with the law.

8. Notice About AI Results

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for reference only. For important matters involving medical, legal, financial or personal safety issues, consult a professional organization or verify official information.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy in response to changes in features, laws, regulations or services. When there is a material change, we will notify you through an in-app notice or other appropriate means, and update the effective date on this page.
